As a Manager, you will first sign up a Worksnaps account by filling out the "Sign Up" page.




Then you will need to verify your email address. Worksnaps will send you an email with a link to verify your email address. All you need to do is to receive the email and click the verification link. Once this is done, your account has been fully established. 



Once you validate your email,  you will land on the following welcome page. 



The natural next step for you to do is to create your first project by clicking the "Create My First Project" button. 



Once you have created a project, you can either 


(a) Try to log time by yourself. By doing so, you can get first-hand experience on how time logging works and various aspects of the usage. To do so, you can just follow the link to download client and start using it. For details, you can look up this article

(b) Create or invite your users and let them start logging time. 





Let's assume that you will continue with creating and inviting users. The difference between the two is that creating users allows you to set up user credentials (username and password) right away and your users can start using the account whilst inviting users sends an invitation email to user and the user will sign up account and pick their own user name and password. You can choose whichever way fits your situation. 


To create a user, you can go to "Manage" >> "Manage Users" >> click button "Create a User". Then you will see the following form, just fill out the form and submit it. The user account will be created and the user will receive an email on the creation of his account. He can simply use the credentials listed in the email to start using Worksnaps.



To invite a user, you can go to "Manage" >> "Manage Users" >> click button "Invite a User". Then you will see the following form, just fill out the form and submit it. The user will receive an invitation email and he can just following the link in the email to sign up an account and join your project. Here is what your users' experience will look like




Once your users have their accounts, they can start to use Worksnaps client to log time, also log onto Worksnaps web application to do various things (such as checking their logged time). 


Once you have set up all your users and they start to log time, you will be able to see their time coming in and you will be able to see and review it.
