Team Viewer is a good way to do it. Here is how you can set it up so that we can do remote diagnosis for you.
1. Open www.teamviewer.com site.
2. Click Join Remote Control Session link on the home page ( Figure 1 ).

3. Download TeamViewer App and install it.
4. Launch the TeamViewer App.
5. Share the Your ID and Password to us ( Figure 2 ).

6. With your ID and Password, we can connect to your machine to debug any issue.
