If there is time recorded in a 10-minute time slot, you can bring up a dialog that shows the detail activity in the 10-minute interval. To do so, on Track Time page, you can click this icon to the left of a thumbnail image. Then a dialog box will pop up and show you the detail information recorded for the time slot.
The following (Figure 1) is an illustration for a detail dialog box. Important points are labeled and explained.

Important Note:
Worksnaps tallies the work time by each 10-minute interval.
- If there is computer activity (i.e., mouse click or keyboard strokes) within a 10-minute interval, the 10 minutes will be accounted as work time. We call this 10-minute interval an active time slot.
- If the user is completely idle (i.e., no mouse/keyboard interaction with computer) during a 10-minute interval, the 10 minutes will not be accounted as work time. We call this 10-minute interval an idle time slot.
The Activity Index is a way to measure how actively the user has been interacting with the computer within the active time slots (i.e., the user's work time). For an active time slot, whether the activity index is 1 or 10, the time slot will be accounted as the user's work time. The Activity Index is a supplemental measure for indicating how actively the user has been interacting with his/her computer during the active work time.
