In OSX Mac10.9 or above, Apple stopped bundling Java with the operating system. Since Worksnaps client depends on Java environment, you need to install Java environment first. If you are using OSX 10.9 or above, please follow the following steps to install Java environment.
1. Open a browser and go to www.java.com site. Click "Free Java Download" button.
Click "Agree and Start Free Download" button.
Double click on the icon to install.
Once the installation steps are complete, click Close button to close the installation wizard.
You will see Java icon on System Preferences panel. That means Java environment is set up successfully. Then you proceed with installing Worksnaps client.
