Step 1 -- Find your Pivotal URL and Pivotal Token
Your Pivotal URL is currently: https://www.pivotaltracker.com/services/v5
You can find your Pivotal API Token by going to your account (Figure 1), then go to Profile tab and you can find your API Token (Figure 2)

Step 2 -- Enter your Pivotal URL and API Token in Worksnaps
In Worksnaps, go to Profile & Settings >> 3rd-Party Integration >> Pivotal, Switch Pivotal Integration to Yes and then enter the Pivotal URL and API Token (Figure 3).

Then click the link to test the connection. If the user is authenticated on the Pivotal Tracker site, the following message will be seen. Make sure that you save the configuration.

Step 3 -- Sync Projects and Tasks from Pivotal
Once you have set the Pivotal URL and API Token and verified that the connection is okay, you can click the link at the bottom of the page to sync projects and tasks with Pivotal (Figure 5).

A wizard will guide you through the process to import projects and tasks from Pivotal (Figure 6,7,8,9,10).

You will import project from Pivotal after finish all steps above, and imported project is listed in Active project list page.
