For some reason, some Mac machines can't launch WSClient and prompt “Worksnaps” is damaged and can't be opened. (Figure1)

When you see the issue, please open System Preferences - Security & Privacy - General. If you see "Worksnaps Client" was blocked from opening because it is not from an identified developer. Please click Open Anyway button to see if you can launch it (Figure 2).
