If you have non-English characters in your project name or your task name, sometimes they might not display correctly. You might see a bunch of question marks instead. In this case, please do the following to resolve the issue. 


For Windows 10


  • Go to "Control Panel" and choose "Clock and Region", then choose "Region". 
  • You will see the following dialog, choose "Administrative" tab
  • Click the button "Change system locale ...", you will see this dialog. 
  • Check the option "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support", and click "OK". 
  • You will be prompted to restart the computer. Please choose to restart.

For Windows 7

  • You will see the following dialog, choose "Administrative" tab
  • Click the button "Change system locale ...", you will see this dialog. 
  • Change the "Current system locale" to your region. Then click "OK". 
  • You will be prompted to restart the computer. Please choose to restart.
