If your machine installed Norton antivirus software and encounter the connect Error with Figure 1 when running Worksnaps client. Please follow the below step to resolve it.

There are two entry points to solve this problem as following steps
1. Right click Norton on taskbar to open right menu and click "Disable Smart Firewall ". Now you can log in Worksnaps client successfully
2. It will auto pop up Firewall Alert coming from Norton software with Figure 2 when you try to log in Worksnaps client and Enable Smart Firewall
You can select Allow always under Options drop-down list and then you can log in Worknsaps client successfully
