If your machine have installed Panda Dome anti-virus, and you can't install worksnaps package, maybe it be quarantined by Panda, please following the below instruction to recover.
1. Please open Panda Dome Antivirus and choose virus protect icon (Figure 1) .

2. Click View Details button on Quarantine item (Figure 2) .

3. In the quarantine list, if you find the worksnaps package, please recover it, then try to install Worksnaps again. (Figure 3) .
