Sometimes we need to get log files from your computer to do some analysis if you encounter some issues such as missing logged time or Worksnaps Client terminating unexpectedly. The following are the steps to locate the log files on your computer: 



1. Find the Worksnaps icon in the task tray and right click on it to bring up the menu. Select "Preferences" in the menu. (Or in the Log-in dialog, click the Gear button.)



2. A Preference dialog will show up. Select "History" in the dialog.




3. Click button "Open Log Folder". 


4. A file explorer will open with the debug folder, find the two files application.log and screenrecord_trace.log and send us the file. (If the files are large, you can zip it first and send the zip file to us.)
