Step 1 -- Find your Asana URL and API Token

Your Asana URL is currently

You can find your Asana API Token by going to your account (Figure 1), then go to APP tab and you can find your API Token (Figure 2)

Step 2 -- Enter your Asana URL and API Token in Worksnaps 

In Worksnaps, go to Profile & Settings >> 3rd-Party Integration >> Asana, Switch Asana Integration to Yes and then enter the Asana URL and API Token (Figure 3).

Then click the link to test the connection. If the user is authenticated on the Asana site, the following message will be seen. Make sure that you save the configuration.

Step 3 -- Sync Projects and Tasks from Asana

Once you have set the Asana URL and API Token and verified that the connection is okay, you can click the link at the bottom of the page to sync projects and tasks with Asana (Figure 5).

A wizard will guide you through the process to import projects and tasks from Asana (Figure 6,7,8,9,10).

You will import project from Asana with you selected project role successfully after finish all steps above, and imported project is listed in Active project list page.
