If you want to submit your webcam image to the server, you can do it by the following steps.
1) Bring up the Preferences dialog (you can do so by right click the Worksnaps icon in the system tray to bring up the menu then select "Preferences ...")
2) Click on Test WebCam button to bring up the Select Webcam dialog
3) You might have multiple webcams (some might not be physical webcam devices but rather they are virtual drivers). Select the one that can give you the live shot.
4) Once you find the webcam that can give you a live shot, click OK button to close the Select Webcam dialog.
5) Check the option "Send webcam image to the server along with my screenshot", then click OK to close the Preferences dialog.
