Recently Apple has released a new Java Update named OS X 2013-004 which upgrades the Java version to 1.6.0_51. This new Java version has triggered an UI issue in Worksnaps Client version 1.1.20130517 or earlier. Upon launching the client, the Log-In dialog will freeze up or become very slow in responding to keyboard input. It almost renders the application unusable. The following is an example of the UI issue.
If you are using an older version and encounter such issue, please download and install the new version from our web site --

The new version should fix the issue and the application should run well.
